    The rooms in the east wing were not as bad as expected by the comments. Great view of the Twin Towers. Comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was fabulous. The pool and the service there is great.

    As expected, room furnishings are not the latest. Not enough power outlets in the room.

    Inviting, perfect for families. Our stay was quite pleasant overall, with polite staff and a decent breakfast. The location near the busy road made it a bit noisy during the night.

    We had a suite on the 27th floor with use of the lounge on the 25th floor. It was just great. We didn't use the pool on the fourth floor, but we looked at it. It was all clean and neat. The hotel is located in walking distance from two elevated railway stations.

    The hotel is located at a very busy street, therefore it is also very loud at night.

    the hotel serves good food. the rooms are top-notch and tastefully decorated. the location is incredible, very close to bukit nanas monorail station. it's also next to the breakfast, mall, supermarket and petronas towers, also very close to bus stop for the hop on hop off bus and the restaurant in the east and west wing.

    Staff members were fantastic. We were always greeted no matter what time of the day, pool area was devine. The closeness to the mono rail and twin towers and only a 10 min walk into Bukit Butang. Highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again when visiting KL!
